Returning items
Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
To return items for exchange or refund, go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number to receive instructions on how to return your items, select items for exchange or refund.
Exchanging items
You can exchange any item for the same style in a different color or size, as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange it for a different style, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.
Note: Our different denim jeans washes are considered separate product styles and cannot be exchanged as different colors within the same style.
Replacement items are shipped within one business day from when you register your return online. If return items are not received by Asket, customers have to recompense for them. Abuse of our exchange policy will lead to suspension from asket.com.

Our classic beanie features chunky 3x2 knit with an elasticaed double-fold. Made from naturally soft, breathable, temperature regulating and moisture-wicking Uruguayan Merino wool, traced to the sheep, spun by Italian heritage mill Tollegno 1900.

All our merino wool products are made from 100% traceable extra-fine 19,5 micron Merino wool, from handpicked RWS and Nativa certified sheep farms in Uruguay, committed to regenerative farming practices. Our sourcing partners Chargeurs treat the greasy, raw wool in Uruguay, before shipping to Europe for spinning and dyeing at our Italian heritage mill Tollegno 1900.

Tollegno have equipped their facilities with photovoltaic solar panels and operate a waste water treatment plant so big, it takes care of not only it's own water but that of the Biella commune as well.

Through our sourcing partner Nativa™, we support a regenerative agriculture program that safeguards the land by preserving its natural functions, protects animals by ensuring their healthy keeping, and support farmers and local communities by improving their livelihoods. All wool is RWS and Nativa™ certified and mulesing free. Our farms are: Los Charabones, Cordillera Boquerón San José, Don Alberto, La Moderna, Rincón de Arapey, Los Galpones, San Antonio, Vimal, Las Casuarinas and El Mudador
