Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge:

  • Customers outside EU, US, and UK and Norway cover return shipping costs, but Asket ships your replacement items for free

Returns are covered by the customer:

  • Customers outside EU, US, and UK and Norway organize and pay for return shipping, in Australia and Canada the customer has the option to let Asket organize the return shipping and charge the customer for it

Returning items

Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact. 

To return items for exchange or refund, go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number to receive instructions on how to return your items, select items for exchange or refund.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for made to order garments.

Exchanging items

You can exchange any item for the same style in another color or size, as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.

Replacement items are shipped within one business day from when you register your return online. If return items are not received by Asket, customers have to recompense for them. Abuse of our exchange policy will lead to suspension from asket.com.
