Detailed care instructions
- Wash inside out to preserve color.
- Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.
- To avoid creases, wash on low cycle and give the garment a careful shake after wash.
- Hang dry to remove wrinkles and reduce the need for ironing.
- Always button the trousers and close the zip before wash to prevent it from getting stuck in and break other garments.
- You can either keep the garment hanging in your wardrobe to prevent wrinkles, or folded (which might leave folding marks though).
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight to prevent colour changes, sunlight also makes the cotton fibers weaker.
- In case you lose a button, hook or loop, don't hesitate to contact us at care@asket.com and we'll send you a new one.
How to take care of cotton jersey
Cotton is the most used natural fabric worldwide. There are many types of cotton fabrics available and many uses for it. To be safe, we suggest you have a look at the care instructions for the specific item before washing. As a natural fiber, cotton is prone to shrinkage - the looser/more elastic the knit, the more potential shrinkage. At Asket we prewash all our clothing to eliminate shrinkage, but this is not always the case for cotton clothing. This is a general guide of how to care for cotton clothes, helping you make your garments look better and last longer.
Garment take back and resale
To extend the life of our product, we take back any unwanted Asket garments - no matter their condition or age. In exchange, you'll receive a reward voucher based on the type(s) of garments you return. Your sent in garments will be handled for resale at our Bondegatan Restore location.
