Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poznań, Poland. Please note that the below lead time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, normally within 1 business day. See all available shipping options below.

Xmas delivery

We offer free shipping and extended returns for the holiday season. Place your order latest by December 11–18 to receive it before Xmas. Find the last order date for your location in the checkout.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is available across the EU and the UK via Postnord, DHL, DPD or local carriers like GLS, with final delivery often handled by your local postal service.

Parcels are usually delivered to your door. If that’s not possible, they may be taken to a pickup point or redelivery will be attempted the next day. Depending on your location and shipping option, you might be able to adjust the delivery method once the parcel is on its way. Since deliveries typically happen during the day, we recommend using a work address if convenient.

Express delivery

Express shipping is sent by air, making it more costly and less environmentally friendly than standard delivery. We recommend choosing standard shipping when available, as we’re working towards more sustainable options—especially in markets where express is currently the only choice.

Orders are typically delivered to your door. If that’s not possible, they may be taken to a pickup point or redelivered the next day. Depending on your location and shipping method, you may be able to adjust delivery details once the parcel is on its way. Since deliveries usually occur during the day, we suggest using a work address if that suits you.

Taxes and duties

Orders to the EU, UK, US, Norway, and Switzerland are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs and duties are included in the price.

US orders are shipped with all taxes, customs and duties included, regardless of the size of your order.

In Norway, orders with items over 3,000 NOK may be subject to customs duties and VAT. We can’t estimate these charges, as they're set by local authorities.

All other international orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning taxes and duties are not included. These charges are set by local customs and are not covered by Asket, including for refused or unclaimed packages.

Tracking

We only use tracked shipping. You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse in Poland.

In some regions, tracking updates may take up to 3 working days to appear, especially if local postal services handle final delivery. You can track your order here.

Insurance

Asket insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone else signs for the parcel, it counts as proof of delivery.

If you choose to have the parcel left without a signature, Asket is not responsible for any loss or damage.
