Care instructions
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Iron at medium temperature, 150°C
Do not dry clean
Wash with similar colors at 30°C
Detailed care instructions
- Wash inside out to preserve color
- Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding
- To avoid creases, wash on low cycle and give the garment a careful shake after wash
- Hang dry to remove wrinkles and reduce the need for ironing
- Store your t-shirts folded and lying flat in your wardrobe. Hangers can stretch out the fibers and cause hanger-bumps. If you insist on hanging your t-shirts, use a wide hanger that supports the shoulders and avoid hanging it by the neck label.
- Don’t forget to insert the hangers from the bottom of the t-shirts to avoid unnecessary stretching of the collar.
- Avoid storing and drying in direct sunlight to prevent colour changes, sunlight also makes the cotton fibers weaker.
- To avoid stains in the armpit, go easy on the deodorant and make sure that you use aluminum-free or low-aluminum deodorant or antiperspirant.
How to take care of cotton jersey
Cotton is the most used natural fabric worldwide. There are many types of cotton fabrics available and many uses for it. To be safe, we suggest you have a look at the care instructions for the specific item before washing. As a natural fiber, cotton is prone to shrinkage - the looser/more elastic the knit, the more potential shrinkage. At Asket we prewash all our clothing to eliminate shrinkage, but this is not always the case for cotton clothing. This is a general guide of how to care for cotton clothes, helping you make your garments look better and last longer.
Garment take back and resale
To extend the life of our product, we take back any unwanted Asket garments - no matter their condition or age. In exchange, you'll receive a reward voucher based on the type(s) of garments you return. Your sent in garments will be handled for resale at our Bondegatan Restore location.
