Once you’ve found your size in one garment type you typically don't have to think about sizing again. Based on your T-Shirt size, you should know all your upper-body garment sizes. Based on your trouser size, you’ll know your size in all pants and lower body garments. Always consider if you like an item to fit differently than another, based on finding your size in one garment you can adjust length or size by going up/down in the size system.

To find out when currently unavailable items will be back in stock, select your size and color on the product page and click the yellow button stating “OUT OF STOCK - GET NOTIFIED”. You'll reach a popup window with the estimated restock date, and there have the option to sign up with your email to be automatically notified once we’ve stocked up.

Which payment methods are available depends on your location. Please select your country in the drop-down menu in the bottom left corner and see the shopping information above for the details in your country.

When your order has been dispatched, a shipping notification including a tracking link is sent to your email. You can track and check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from dispatch for the tracking status to appear.

Haven’t received a notification? Make sure to check secondary inboxes or spam filters and add care@asket.com and notifications@asket.com to your contacts so you don’t miss out on important information. Still no notification? Email us at care@asket.com!

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.

Returned goods should be unused in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. An item can either be exchanged for a new one in a different size or color, or the full amount can be refunded to you.

To request a return, simply go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose whether you want to receive a refund, exchange, or make a complaint. Once the return registration is completed you’ll receive further instructions, based on your location, on how to return your parcel.

In case of an exchange, please note that the shipping address for the exchanged order will remain the same as the address provided for the original order.

Returning a gift is simple and works just like returning a regular order with some small extras. Ask the kind soul who gifted you the ASKET pieces for the order number and the e-mail address used when placing the order, and go to our return page to register the return.

Replacement/exchange items are shipped within one working days from when you registered the return and should arrive to you according to ordinary shipping time.

From the day you send the returned goods to us it will take up to 10 working days for the return to be received and handled at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed once the returning goods have been received and passed the inspection. From that point it will take up to 5 more working days until the money is transferred back to the account or card used for the purchase. If you paid by invoice or part payment, you will shortly be contacted by Klarna to provide information necessary to process your refund.

For orders within the EU, Norway, US and UK: To provide the best possible experience ASKET offers free exchanges. Shipping both ways (inbound returns and outgoing exchanges) are covered by ASKET. This means you can try our garments and find the right size without any risk. In case of returns, the full item value excluding a small return fee will be refunded.

For orders outside the EU, Norway, US and UK: You will have to cover the return shipping yourself. However, ASKET will cover the shipping of any replacement items in case of exchanges. In case of returns, the total item value is refunded. To avoid any taxes or import duties that may apply when returning goods, mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” and with a total value of €10.

If you happen to be in Stockholm, you are more than welcome to hand in your return in our stores at Norrmalmstorg 1 free of charge.

In case you don’t want an exchange, you can return any item(s) for a refund. All items are fully refunded and a small return fee will be deducted from your order. Find the return fee at the top of the page under Returns and exchanges.

To request a return, simply go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose whether you want to do a refund, exchange or complaint. Once the return registration is completed, you’ll receive further instructions of how to return your parcel in your country.

Once we’ve received your returned items, we inspect the goods and authorize the refund.
Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse and up to 5 more days until the money arrives on your account depending on your chosen payment method.

Once your return is processed, we inspect the goods and authorize the refund. If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit or directly via Klarna’s app or website, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 business days. If you paid an invoice otherwise (i.e. via bank transfer), you will be contacted by Klarna to provide information necessary to process your refund shortly after asket has authorized the refund.

Sometimes things go wrong. You’d be surprised how many people are involved in getting a garment from a cotton seed to your doorstep and although we strive to avoid any mistakes at all, sometimes they happen.

If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how it was presented on the website, you have the right to enter a claim. We will collect and replace any defective or erroneous items and correct any mistakes carried out by us at no cost.
To enter a claim, simply navigate to Return (asket.com/returns) to register your complaint and provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a photo of the issue if possible.

We’ll review your complaint and come back to you with a solution, normally within one working day. We will first see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault, and otherwise replace the product or refund you the money.

If you have any order issues, please send an e-mail to care@asket.com including your order number and a description of what's wrong with your order and we'll get you sorted. In case you received any incorrect items, we kindly ask you to also attach three pictures: one of the bar code on the plastic bag, the paper hang tag and the care label on the left inside of the garment.

The type of data that we collect about visitors to asket.com depends on how you interact with us. For instance, if you’ve ordered garments from us we have a legal obligation to fulfil that agreement and we need certain information like your name and address in order to deliver the products to you. If you’re just browsing the site, we collect anonymized and aggregated information, for instance which country you are browsing from. This is required to provide you with the right prices, currencies and shipping methods. We also track information about which pages are visited and for how long to understand how popular different products and pages are and be able to improve our service and offering. You may at any time ask for the deletion, correction, limitation or transfer of your personal information by emailing privacy@asket.com. You’re entitled to the deletion of your data once per year. To learn more, please read our privacy policy.
