Standard delivery
Standard delivery is available across the EU and the UK via Postnord, DHL, DPD or local carriers like GLS, with final delivery often handled by your local postal service.
Parcels are usually delivered to your door. If that’s not possible, they may be taken to a pickup point or redelivery will be attempted the next day. Depending on your location and shipping option, you might be able to adjust the delivery method once the parcel is on its way. Since deliveries typically happen during the day, we recommend using a work address if convenient.
Express delivery
Express shipping is sent by air, making it more costly and less environmentally friendly than standard delivery. We recommend choosing standard shipping when available, as we’re working towards more sustainable options—especially in markets where express is currently the only choice.

Free shipping
Free shipping eligibility is shown at checkout and depends on your order total, ongoing campaigns, or any promotion codes used. To see the minimum order value for free shipping in your country, please refer to the shopping information above.
Taxes and duties
Orders to the EU, UK, US, Norway, and Switzerland are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning taxes and duties are included in the price.
US orders over $800 may incur extra duties on delivery. If unpaid and the parcel is returned, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund. Multiple EU or Asket orders processed together may exceed the $800 limit—contact DHL or US Customs if you're incorrectly charged.
In Norway, orders with items over 3,000 NOK may be subject to customs duties and VAT. We can’t estimate these charges, as they're set by local authorities.
All other international orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning taxes and duties are not included. These charges are set by local customs and are not covered by Asket, including for refused or unclaimed packages.
Tracking
We only use tracked shipping. You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse in Poland.
In some regions, tracking updates may take up to 3 working days to appear, especially if local postal services handle final delivery. You can track your order here.
Insurance
Asket insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone else signs for the parcel, it counts as proof of delivery.
If you choose to have the parcel left without a signature, Asket is not responsible for any loss or damage.
