Once you’ve found your size in one garment, you usually won’t need to think about sizing again.
Your T-Shirt size will guide you for all upper-body garments.
Your trouser size will guide you for all lower-body garments.
If you prefer a different fit for a specific item, you can easily adjust by going up or down a size or length within the same system.
To check when an out-of-stock item will be available again, just click "Notify me". A popup will appear showing the estimated restock date, and you can enter your email there to get an automatic alert as soon as the item is back.
We’re constantly collecting feedback on how to improve our products and service. If you feel that we’re missing any size options, please email us at care@asket.com and we’ll consider your request.

The payment methods available depend on your location. Please select your country in the menu at the bottom left corner.
You can find your payment methods in the shopping cart as well as in the checkout. They're also specified under "Payment & Security."
RePack is a waste-reducing alternative to our standard Asket box. If you choose RePack at checkout, your order will arrive in a reusable bag. This option costs 3 EUR/3 GBP/30 SEK/25 DKK/5 AUD/5CAD to cover the extra cost of the bag.
Returning the RePack bag:
Fold the bag neatly.
Make sure the address label marked “Reply Paid” is visible.
Drop it into any post box worldwide.
Important: When returning clothes to us, follow the normal return procedure, but ensure the RePack label is not visible, as this could delay your return.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your package at any time. You can also visit our tracking page.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours from dispatch for the tracking information to appear.

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.
Returned items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging. You can either exchange an item for a different size or color, or receive a full refund—either as money back or a gift card.
To request a return, go to our return platform and sign in with your email and order number. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose a refund, exchange, or claim. Once your return is registered, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your parcel, based on your location.
For exchanges, the shipping address will remain the same as the one used for your original order.
Returning a gift is simple and works just like returning a regular order with some small extras. Ask the kind soul who gifted you the Asket pieces for the order number and the e-mail address used when placing the order, and go to our return platform to register the return.
In case of an exchange, please note that the shipping address for the exchanged order will remain the same as the address provided for the original order.
Exchanges
Replacement or exchanged items are shipped within one working day after you register your return and should arrive according to the standard shipping times.
Returns and refunds
Once you send your returned items, it can take up to 10 working days for them to reach and be processed at our warehouse. Refunds are issued after the items are received and pass inspection. From that point, it may take up to 5 additional working days for the money to be transferred back to your account or card.
If you paid by invoice or part payment, Klarna will contact you shortly with the information needed to process your refund.
If you selected gift card as your refund method, you will receive it immediately after our warehouse processed your return.
Exchanges:
EU, Norway, US, UK, Switzerland, Canada & Australia: Free. Asket covers shipping both ways, so you can try garments and find the right size without any risk.
Other countries: You pay for return shipping, but Asket covers shipping for replacement items.
Returns:
EU, Norway, US, UK, Switzerland, Canada & Australia: A small return fee applies. The full item value (minus the return fee) will be refunded.
Other countries: You pay for return shipping. The full item value will be refunded. To avoid taxes or import duties, mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” with a total value of €10.
In-store returns:

If you don’t want an exchange, you can return any item for a refund. The full item value will be refunded, minus a small return fee (see the Returns and Exchanges section at the top of the page).
To request a return:
Go to our return platform and sign in with your email and order number.
Select the item(s) you want to return and choose refund, exchange, or claim.
After registering your return, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your parcel, based on your location.
Once we receive your returned items, our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. After the inspection, we will authorize your refund.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to reach and be processed at our warehouse. Once processed, it may take up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your chosen payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit, or via Klarna’s app or website, the refund will be transferred back to your account or card within 5 business days.
If you paid by invoice or bank transfer, Klarna will contact you shortly after the refund is authorized to collect the information needed to process your refund.
Sometimes things go wrong. Getting a garment from a cotton seed to your doorstep involves many steps, and although we do our best to avoid mistakes, they can happen.
If a product is damaged or does not match its online description, you have the right to file a claim. Asket will collect and replace any defective or incorrect items, or correct any mistakes at no cost.
How to file a claim:
Go to our return platform to register your complaint.
Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a photo if possible.
We usually review claims within one working day. We will first see if the issue can be repaired. If not, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
For order issues, you can also email care@asket.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If you received the wrong item, please attach two photos:

If your Asket garment is damaged and you wish to repair it yourself or at a tailor, contact us for free spare parts. You can find more details in our Repair Guides.

At Asket we treat all personal information with utmost discretion and care. You may review our full privacy policy and learn about all purposes and types of data collection at Asket at any time.
The type of data that we collect about visitors to asket.com depends on how you interact with us. For instance, if you’ve ordered garments from us we have a legal obligation to fulfil that agreement and we need certain information like your name and address in order to deliver the products to you. If you’re just browsing the site, we collect anonymized and aggregated information, for instance which country you are browsing from. This is required to provide you with the right prices, currencies and shipping methods. We also track information about which pages are visited and for how long to understand how popular different products and pages are and be able to improve our service and offering. You may at any time ask for the deletion, correction, limitation or transfer of your personal information by emailing privacy@asket.com. You’re entitled to the deletion of your data once per year. To learn more, please read our privacy policy.
