Returns are subject to a fee of 60 AUD:
For partial order refunds, you are refunded for returned items, less the return shipping fee
For full order refunds, you are refunded for all items and any outbound shipping fees paid, less the return shipping fee
If you choose to return your order independently, no return fee will be charged. Note, though, that we can’t guarantee a refund if any issues occur during return shipping.
Returning items
Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Exchanging items
You can exchange any item for the same style in a different color or size, as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange it for a different style, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.
Note: Our different denim jeans washes are considered separate product styles and cannot be exchanged as different colors within the same style.
Replacement items are shipped within one business day from when you register your return online. If return items are not received by Asket, customers have to recompense for them. Abuse of our exchange policy will lead to suspension from asket.com.

Our unisex plain knit wool socks are reinforced at the cuff, ankle, heel, sole, and toe. Made from naturally soft, breathable, temperature regulating and moisture-wicking mulesing-free RWS certified Uruguayan Merino wool, spun by Italian heritage mill Tollegno 1900.

Our sourcing partners Chargeurs treat the greasy, raw wool in Uruguay, before shipping to Europe for spinning and dyeing at our Italian heritage mill Tollegno 1900.

Still located in its founding factory facilities in the lush hills of Northern Italy, Tollegno is a progressive supplier rooted in history. Their farbics are Nativa ™, RWS, Oeko-Tex 100 and Woolmark certified - among others. Tollegno have equipped their facilities with photovoltaic solar panels and operate a waste water treatment plant so big, it takes care of not only it's own water but that of the Biella commune as well.
