Exchanges are free of charge:

• Return shipping is provided and we ship your replacement items for free.

Returns are subject to a fee of 60 AUD:

• For partial order refunds, you are refunded for returned items, less the return shipping fee

• For full order refunds, you are refunded for all items and any outbound shipping fees paid, less the return shipping fee

• If you choose to return your order independently, no return fee will be charged. Note, though, that we can’t guarantee a refund if any issues occur during return shipping.

Returning items

Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

To return items for exchange or refund, go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number to receive instructions on how to return your items, select items for exchange or refund.

Exchanging items

You can exchange any item for the same style in a different color or size, as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange it for a different style, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.

Note: Our different denim jeans washes are considered separate product styles and cannot be exchanged as different colors within the same style.

Replacement items are shipped within one business day from when you register your return online. If return items are not received by Asket, customers have to recompense for them. Abuse of our exchange policy will lead to suspension from asket.com.
