        COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

In these times of uncertainty, we want to be very transparent with what is going on and reassure you that we are still here, still fully operational and still delivering orders safely to your home.


Our warehouse partner in Germany is up and running as usual while taking all the precautions necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees. All administrative staff are working from home and they’ve implemented safety measures. Naturally, this will have an impact on capacity, but they’re still shipping our orders within the customary 24 hours and minimal disruption.


Our carriers are delivering with minimal interruption, but there may be delays caused by increased border controls, cancelled flights (express deliveries only), strict quarantine regulations and staffing shortage due to the current situation.

We know a lot of you are staying home, we support that, and therefore we offer home delivery in all markets. To ensure that your parcel can be delivered to your door, please make sure that you also provide your door code (if you live in an apartment building) by adding it to your address field.

To avoid unnecessary contact, many delivery partners have waived the requirement of a recipient signature upon receipt. A successful delivery will instead be documented via alternative processes, e.g. deliverer signature or online signature.


We are doing all we can to make it as convenient as possible for you. Therefore we decided to extend our return policy to 100 days, so if you for some reason can’t make your return right now you have plenty of time to do so later at a more convenient time.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Münster, Germany. Depending on your country you have one or more of the following delivery options to choose from:


Due to the effects of COVID-19, our carriers are having trouble keeping up which unfortunately means that your order may take a bit linger than usual to be delivered.

Standard delivery is available in all EU Countries (except Greece and Cyprus). The standard delivery service is provided via DHL but depending on your country the last mile delivery may be carried out in collaboration with your local postal service.

Your parcel is normally delivered straight to your door. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will either be taken to a service point for pickup or a second delivery attempt will be made the day after.

In some countries you will be able to change delivery method when the parcel is on it’s way. For instance could you choose to have your parcel delivered straight to a service point, to a neighbour, left in a safe place or select a different day of delivery.

Please note that parcels are often delivered during the day, if you are at work we therefore recommend to have the parcel shipped there if possible.

Express shipping is via air freight, which means it is both more expensive and has bigger environmental impact than standard shipping has. We therefore recommend you to use Standard delivery when available. We aim to provide as sustainable shopping as possible in all markets, and we are therefore working on finding a more environmental friendly shipping option in markets where express delivery is the only option.

Free shipping will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes. See shopping information above for details of free shipping limits in your country.


We use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in your shipping notification e-mail you receive once your parcel has left our warehouse in Germany. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status to appear.


ASKET insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ASKET.

If you allowed the carrier to deliver your parcel without signature (e.g. outside your front door), ASKET will not take responsibility of the delivery.


Within the European Union, the United States and Norway, orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside the European Union (except the US and Norway), orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which araskete levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. ASKET does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by ASKET.


For orders within Europe, RePack is a sustainable packaging alternative for your delivery. It is designed to be returned and reused, removing disposable packaging waste every time it is used. If you choose RePack, your order will be delivered in a reusable bag instead of our customary ASKET box. To return the bag for re-use, simply fold the package together, make sure the address label saying “Reply paid” is visible and drop it into a post box anywhere in the world.

RePack is available in the checkout for orders within Europe. Please note that this option is priced at 3€ to cover the extra costs associated with the RePack bags.

Important: If returning clothes to us, please follow the normal return procedure, but make sure that the RePack return label is not visible since this might cause a delay in your return.

        Returns & Exchanges

We know that many of you are staying home, we support that, and therefore we decided to temporarily extend our return policy to 100 days. This means you have plenty of time to make your return at a convenient time.

Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 100 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Your return item can either be exchanged for a new item, or you can get a refund for it.

Within the European Union, the United States and Norway are all exchanges free of charge, meaning that both the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement item(s) is covered and provided by ASKET.

Outside the European Union (except the United States and Norway), customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping. Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us. We'll cover the shipping cost of any replacement items.


To request a return, simply go to the return page and sign in with your e-mail address and order number. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose whether you want to do a refund, exchange or complaint. Once the return registration is completed, you’ll receive further instructions of how to return your parcel in your country.


You can exchange any item(s) for another color or size as long as we have it in stock. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.

Replacement items are shipped within two working days from when you register your return.


In case you don’t want an exchange you can return any item(s) for a refund. All items are fully refunded and any shipping fees paid are also refunded in case you return the full order. Please note that customers outside of EU (except the US and Norway) are obliged to arrange and cover the return shipping cost and any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us.

Refunds will be processed once the returning goods have been received at our warehouse and passed the inspection, from which point you’ll receive a refund confirmation e-mail.

If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit or directly via Klarna’s app or website, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 working days, from the time the return has been processed. If you paid via invoice, you will be contacted by Klarna to provide necessary information to process your refund shortly after the refund has been authorized.

If you return your item(s) before you pay your Klarna invoice, please make sure to pause your statement either on your Klarna app or by contacting Klarna’s Customer Support. In this way, you don't have to worry about reminders or late payment fees while you're waiting for us to process the return.

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse and up to 5 more days until the money arrives on your account depending on your chosen payment method.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Credit and Debit globally. In some countries we accept invoice payment after delivery, direct debit and direct transfer options. Unless otherwise stated on the product page (for instance in case of pre-orders), payment is not due until the order is dispatched.

We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by Klarna, a PCI certified, encrypted payment system.


We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.

These terms governs your use of, and purchases from, the domains and their subdomains (henceforth: the site) and will be valid for all your future transactions with ASKET AB (henceforth: ASKET; may be referred to as ‘us’) and visits to the site.

By clicking the button “Place order” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions when using our site. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock level shown on site at the time of receiving the order, incorrect price displayed on the siteor if we are unable to authorize your payment.

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not abindingacceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail.

ASKET does not guarantee that all items included on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted shortly by phone or e-mail. ASKET cannot guarantee that the content on the page is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date and ASKET may at any time amend the content of the site. ASKET holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales and will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of ASKET products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and ASKET reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.


You may purchase products on the site for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on the site you certify that you are purchasing the product for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.


ASKET has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information,such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on color settings of your computer and monitor.


Prices on the site are in SEK in Sweden, DKK in Denmark, GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in the United States, CHF in Switzerland, NOK in Norway and in EUR for remaining countries. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than the ones offered, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. Unless your local currency is supported, you will be billed in EUR and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. ASKET has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

Prices do not include delivery charges. All prices shown on the site include VAT. Please note that in some countries outside of EU, except the US and Norway, additional duties may be payable to your local authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. ASKET has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact your local customs office before placing your order. Taxes and duties incurred on refused packages are not covered by ASKET.

ASKET may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop ASKET will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. ASKET however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a shippingconfirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakableand could have been recognised by you as an error.


Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.


We offer safe payment provided by Klarna, a certified payment provider. Payment methods offered globally are credit and debit card. In certain countries invoice payment after delivery and other local payment methods may be available, also provided by Klarna. Payments are not debited until the order has been dispatched. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity and the CVC code. Other payment methods may require birth date, personal ID numbers or bank account number. We do not store any credit card information or such sensitive information solely necessary for payment and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Extra charges from Klarna depending on payment method may apply but will be clearly stated in checkout. Charges by Klarna for late payments may apply. In the event no payment has been received after submitting your order ASKET may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card, bank information or other personal information that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of such credit/debit card, bank or personal information.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.

ASKET insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders outside Sweden require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ASKET. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.

We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaign for free deliveries will be activated on your order in the checkout.


In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal (as outlined below for EU countries), ASKET has a 30 days return period. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of reception. ASKET shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. Refunds are authorized by ASKET and processed by Klarna, the payment provider of use. Refunds are made either to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account and take 5-10 business days to show up on your account, from the time they have been authorized by ASKET.

When using our return service (within EU, the United States and Norway) you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. For those countries where ASKET do not offer a return service, we suggest you use a courier that offers tracking of the parcel as ASKET don’t offer any insurances of returns that are not returned with our return service.

When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.


Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. For countries outside of EU, except the US and Norway, taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by ASKET. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information


If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact [email protected] as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.


All orders are fully refunded, including full item value and any shipping fees paid.

Within the EU, US and Norway, return shipping and shipping of any replacement item(s) is free of charge and provided by ASKET through DHL.

Outside of EU, US and Norway, the customer is obliged to pay for and arrange the return shipping of the item(s). Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ASKET. In case of exchange, shipping of any replacement item(s) is free of charge and provided by ASKET through one of the listed shipping providers.

For any shipping country, pre-paid return slips are only valid when returning from the same country the order was originally shipped to. Should you return your order from another country than the one it was shipped to, please contact our customer care.


As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not returnable on grounds of health or hygiene, such as underwear, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or piece of your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us [ASKET AB, Dalagatan 27 BV, 11324 Stockholm, [email protected]] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form below or this model form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The use of cookies, pixel tracking and site analytics is done according to the Privacy Policy. By visiting the site, being close to ordering or ordering products or services from ASKET or contacting ASKET you agree to the Privacy Policy. ASKET reserves the right to terminate your account and/or use of the site at its sole discretion. For example if ASKET suspects that you have in any way breached the Terms and Conditions. Such termination can be made without prior notice.


ASKET responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. ASKET bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. Where ASKET acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. ASKET cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using, or not being able to use, the site. ASKET cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site. We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you. Under such circumstances, ASKET will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.


These Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our site.


According to the Swedish Consumer Contracts Act you have the right to make a complaint regarding a product that has defects or flaws that were present when you received the product. The duration of your right to complain is 3 years from the date on which you received the product.

You must notify us within a reasonable period of noticing the defect. A complaint made within 2 months of noticing the defect is always considered to have been made within reasonable time. If we disagree regarding your complaint, we have a dispute. You can make a complaint to the Swedish Alternative Dispute Resolution Body (ADR) at:
