Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poznań, Poland. Please note that the below lead time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, normally within 1 business day. See all available shipping options below.

Free shipping

Free shipping eligibility is shown at checkout and depends on your order total, ongoing campaigns, or any promotion codes used. To see the minimum order value for free shipping in your country, please refer to the shopping information above.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is available across the EU and the UK via Postnord, DHL, DPD or local carriers like GLS, with final delivery often handled by your local postal service.

Parcels are usually delivered to your door. If that’s not possible, they may be taken to a pickup point or redelivery will be attempted the next day. Depending on your location and shipping option, you might be able to adjust the delivery method once the parcel is on its way. Since deliveries typically happen during the day, we recommend using a work address if convenient.

Express delivery

Express shipping is sent by air, making it more costly and less environmentally friendly than standard delivery. Unless you're in a hurry, we recommend choosing standard shipping when available, to reduce unnecessary air freight.

Taxes and duties

Tracking

We only use tracked shipping. You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse in Poland.

In some regions, tracking updates may take up to 3 working days to appear, especially if local postal services handle final delivery.

Insurance

Asket insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone else signs for the parcel, it counts as proof of delivery.

If you choose to have the parcel left without a signature, Asket is not responsible for any loss or damage.
